How to reserve your space:
Following receipt of your reservation or booking we will check whether the desired apartment is available and contact you. Once you have received our confirmation per E-mail or, at your request, per fax, we ask for payment of an advance in the amount of 30% of the total price.

The price includes linens, towels and final cleaning of the apartment.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the trip we will withhold the advance payment as a cancellation fee. Cancellations up to 14 days prior to the trip are subject to a charge representing 50% of the total price; in the event of cancellation within 7 days, 80% of the total price becomes due.

If it is possible to find another tenant for the apartment, we will only charge an administrative fee of Euro 100.

Liability:
The tenant shall be fully liable for willful damages. The tenant agrees to treat the premises with all necessary care. The landlord shall not be liable for any personal or property damage of the tenants property.

Agency services:
We are not a travel agency, but agents for vacation residences. The lease is a contract signed between tenant and owner. Any compensation claims must be raised against the owner of the premises.
